"Hello, my name is Lee Matney, and this is my guide dog, Merlin! I have been proudly serving the Town of Harmony as mayor for the past six years. Due to my vision loss, I moved to Harmony in 2011 to take advantage of its close-knit community. Harmony's shopping, restaurants, churches, and sidewalks make it easier for me to achieve a greater level of independence. I love giving back to my community because so much has been given to me!"
